But he still did what he was legally obligated to. He didn't take it into his own hands because he didn't want to get his longtime assistant coach fired and spur a lot of media attention, which is what is happening now. I'm defending no one....but blaming McQueary for "having no sense of morality and/or no balls"for not stopping it, but running away and calling his dad and reporting it to Paterno the next day. I'm not defending anyone up. I am stating the facts. You obvious don't know them. McQueary witnessed the molestation and did nothing about it. He told Joe the next day who then told the athletic director. The athletic director and the president are being criminally prosecuted for not doing what they were legally obligated to do. McQueary is not being criminally prosecuted because he did what was morally wrong, not legally. Paterno was wrong for not taking it into his own hands...
