I am NOT PFC Rang. I'm a Second Class Petty Officer, U.S. Navy, who was in VBC, Baghdad when this attack happened. I don't know PFC Rang. I've never spoken to PFC Rang.

PFC Rang, U.S. Army, reacts to a rocket attack in Camp Victory, Baghdad, Iraq.

On February 18th, 2008, Victory Base Complex (VBC) received a record-setting rocket attack: 16 rockets during a single attack, varying between 107mm and 240mm in size. The attack was on President's Day of 2008. Most of the rockets landed in an Iraqi housing complex near Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), killing 5 Iraqis, injuring at least 1 baby, 5 children, 1 teenager, and 1 adult. Few rockets landed in Camp Victory, injuring 2 soldiers. 6 Iraqis were arrested, suspected of launching or aiding the attack.
