www.sinuscentro.com.br - Endoscopic paranasal sinuses and skull base dissection. Note the maxillary line, an horizontal line from the most inferior aspect of the ethmoid bulla to the lateral wall, which can guide you to the maxillary sinus natural ostium.
Observe the anterior ethmoidal artery, the anterior skull base and the orbital wall after the complete ethmoidectomy.
Note a naso-septal flap and the openning of the shenoid sinus. After, observe a dissection beyound the paranasal sinuses, viewing the internal carotid artery, pituitary gland, optic nerve. Note the posterior fossa dissection, exposing the basilar artery and with angled endoscopes some cranial nerves, such as the 5th, 4th, 7th and 8th complex, 9, 10 and 11th nerves.
