  • Abortion is a fundamental right. I don't agree with it, but it is not my place to force my believes on a moral matter like that, and church and state are wise for doing the same.

  • let me give you some of your own medicine, you "vaguely" outlining a few of the negative points of his time in office, but everyone watching this knows his intelligence alone over shadows all that, the fact that he made sure we would all be regarded as equal overshadows all that without a doubt, if by founding father you mean john a., he was drunk for the whole time he was in power, and he's british, all that crap is barely relevant now, we gotta move forward trudeau actually made that a reality

  • @TheTnuggs nazis were more towards fascism than socialism but other than that you're right, not to mention hitler killed more than just jews and homosexuals. I think moving to Venezuela or somewhere in Europe would be a little better

  • This is silly. Calling Trudeau overrated is laughable, considering his historical achievements: the charter alone is accomplishment enough. You can criticize those achievements, but saying he's "overrated" suggests he did not accomplish much. A bit of a stretch.

  • why are so many ppl against socialism,i think its because when ppl look at socialism, they see hitler, but they fail to see hitler as a great leader(although he was a horrible man and did many unspeakable crimes against jews and gays that i totally disagree with) socialism makes the gap between the rich and the poor smaller, gets better health care and schooling and helps people stay above poverty,i honestly fear canada is turning into capitalist america and if it does im moveing to cuba

  • @BayviewFinch Canada was already soverign in 1968, when Trudeau came to power an d had been for 100 years. Trudeau created boundaries and pitted parts of the country against one another. Martin and Harper are Canada's best PMs.

  • @theycallhimsimon yes, Canada has been better off since the mid 1990s than at anytime during Trudeau's time. You say I am from western Canada. Canada before Trudeau didnt have reglionalism. it was Trudeau who pit regions of the country against one another. Youre exhibiting a negative trait from Trudeau's time and dont even know it

  • @gaguy1967 - He gave us sovereignty. You should be praying to him, not blabbing about "socialism" like an American. He promoted programmes for youth so that they would see more of their country. He was all about breaking down boundaries, creating a Canada for Canadians. Anyway, he did more for his country than you ever will. You will never be remembered. You won't go down in history.

  • @BayviewFinch Trudeau economics ruined Canada. Canada's economic peak has been the past 10 years when both Liberals and Conservatives threw off Trudeau's socialism. Trudeau didnt united Canadians. Hit pit east versus west and everyone against Quebec.

  • @gaguy1967 - Bwa ha ha. You think Trudeau ruined Canada's economy? Oh, boo hoo. Sorry, but I disagree. The Trudeau years Canadians were at their economic peak. It was when he left office that major recessions started, that more Canadians were unemployed, living below the poverty line, etc. The fact is that Trudeau united Canadians and made Canada a more sovereign nation, a task impossible to all other PMs we've had.

  • @reverendnorm - The term "American" in the English language refers to citizens of the United States of America. It doesn't refer to other North or South Americans. Canadians do not consider themselves "American," but may refer to themselves as "North Americans" at times. I agree with your idea to rename that space between Canada and Mexico. Perhaps "Shithole" or "Fucktardville" or something like that.

  • @Quebecbro

u make it sound like he invented it.

and yes, it was a good idea. just not according to religious nitwits
