A friend of mine on facebook just alerted me to this case. I'm not going to say what I really want to because this isn't the place for it. I am writing to my congressman, Elijah Cummings to try and get the law for child murder upgraded to a capital offense punishable by death. I will pray for peace for the family of this beautiful boy.

this case is very unfortunate but MI now has a law in the congress now waiting to get passed in DOMINICK'S name, i am a Criminal Justice Student, and went to school with his cousin and i am very wrapped up in his case there isnt one paper i write in any class that doesnt mention Dominck it. RIP baby boy you are dearly missed, wish you were here to see all the changes your helping make! <3 i cant wait to meet you in heaven Angel!

I'm sorry i just herd about all this and I'm sorry that this had even happened to your son i just hope the monster that took that child's innocent life should rot in jail until he's to old to recall why he there and where he's at no they need to open Guantanamo bay just for people like that and when he goes i hope the devil has a real nice hot spot for him

It is a bad court system. Good for the Flint judge for speaking out.
