Landing there is an awesome experience, almost like jumping from the cable tram (almost - because I will never ever jump, LOL). Anyway, I enjoyed every single day I was there in Faroe islands and will return for longer stay. Faroes rocks.

I've flown into this airport many times. Old 737s in the 1980s were the hairyest for me.The 146 is very mellow in comparison and is comfortable on landing. Back in the day, I remember having my head shoved against the seat in front while th pilot jumped on the brakes and deployed the scoops

I've always wanted to film the more turbulent approaches. But "All electronic equipment must be switched off during take off and landing" they say.
