  • Thanks for posting this. I thought I successfully replaced the screen, but when I tried to turn on the computer, the screen stayed dark and the computer beeped. Any idea what I did wrong? (I suspect it was connecting the monitor to the computer).

  • @vadrian139 I would make sure the connector is in properly.

  • Hi there, this video really helps a lot. But i still cannot ensure about the model of the monitor. The model LP156WH2 is suitable for all Inspiron 15R? Mine is N5010 15R

Also, will you ship the screen to Australia? Thank you very much.

  • @kin0504ss sorry for the late reply. Yes LP156WH2 will work. Yes we ship to Australia. Please send me email for the link.

  • wheres the best place to find the replacement screen

  • Thanks a lot for posting this video for the N5010. Very helpful and very easy.

  • Thanks for posting this. I'm pretty the scren on a relatives Dell 5010 took a dump. It would display the picture if you wiggled the sides of the screen, sometimes you would have to play with it until it stopped displaying partial picture or lines in the picture. Now it just doesn't display at all. But the computer will still boot up just fine, you hear the windows logo sounds, etc. I can only guess it's the screen that crapped out since wiggling the screen back and forth would make it display

  • Just fixed my computer thank to you. Danke.

  • Thank you, this video was really helpful. My son will be very happy that his laptop is finally fixed.

  • Thanks, that worked!

  • On the webcam cable where it attaches to the webcam, if one of the connections came out can i just solder it back on?
