An exercise that is effective for developing your legs, explosiveness, and overall stregnth, implement jump squats into your training. Complete 4 sets of 10- 20 repetitions, rest no more than 30 seconds between sets.

Tip: Complete this jump squat routine at the end of your leg workout. This will completely exhaust the muscles leaving them ripped and ready for repair.

  • @SlimkowskiMan that's what she said

  • That was explosive.

  • @philippnev Well he told you its a great cardio exercise in addition to weight training, off course this will not affect muscle building as much, but it will rather give you explosiveness to your moves and increase your stamina. DAMN IT IF YOU'RE TOO LAZY TO READ, THAN AT LEAST LISTEN!!!! DON'T JUST USE YOUR F. EYES... it's not deafTUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • and now you are telling me that your legs are developed?????? i wonder.. come on dude.. get serious

  • wat how do ur knees not go over ur toes in a squat

  • @jimpapa83 Wow.. you must be a rocket scientist or maybe a brain surgeon, What do you think youtube is generally used for?

  • the technique is ok, u ned to keep your back straight then u got the BAR on the shoulders

  • @retrosmasher

keeping your back straight means just "not arched" ya know?

  • I thought you were supposed to keep your back straight while doing squats. This guy is putting his back at a 45 degree angle when it should be at 90

  • @marcelino02 maybe you should go study anatomy my friend it's the speed and dethp of the squat that matter, if not it compromises the integrity of your joints, this is just science and human anatomy why do you think athletes tear joints and ligaments in the middle of runs, there's nothing wrong with a squat for looks and strength gains, but there are far better ways to gain strength for athletics with out compromising the integrity of your joints.
