@vicky2qt I agree with you completely. No one can replace Lana Lang for she was Clark Kent's one and only true love. The song is beautiful but incredibly sad. I believe Clark said to her in Mortal, "It's only been you Lana. You are the only one I've ever truly loved."

They lost their virginity to each other after all. That's got to count for a lot of it.

@cyntalkz87 Thank you for this. I love Clana and to be near Clana shippers is a wonderful thing. I loved this eclipse clip. Rosalie rocks! Lana will always be in Clark's heart despite the fact that Clois will eventually come in and take over Smallville as the romantic ship. Clana's love will linger on forever. Two seperate destinies but one love that is eternal in its own way.

This pisses me off, this is a type of Claner I don't like. I'm a multishipper and a big time Clana fan but remarks like this are really stupid! One thing about being a shipper is the fact that you have to respect all the other ships but your remark was both ridiculous and idiotic. Clois will be the iconic love of the future and I'm not afraid to admit that. Lana will always be in Clark's heart and he has said that on many occasions. A love like Clana's will never go away.
