no its not a part of Windows Mobile 6, check it again its in the 43d second of the video it has a big battery & phone icons, i will be so thankful if you could ask your friend about it, & thanks anyway.

I'm not sure. For this video I borrowed a friends phone. My guess though is that the plugin is part of Windows Mobile 6
