  • Greg was the first friend I met when I moved to GP in 72, In Ms Osborns algebra class at Adams Jr High we always in trouble for talking. We did math problems on the board when we would finish we d write A's or SOX on the board and sit down, she'd get so mad. Went with Greg and his dad to the Dallas Chaparrals games. went to 76 cotton bowl game Razorbacks vs Georgia, worked together at Ranger stadium. So many memories... Greg,Im going to miss you. Thanks for being a great friend, awesome tribute

  • An inspiration to all who knew him, thank you Rhonda for making this tribute just what you did for Greg's life; wonderful!!!

  • Wonderful tribute!

  • Although I'm sorry to hear about Greg's passing, I know He is going to celebrate CHRISTmas this year like none of us can fathom. Greg and I shared several emails about fighting cancer and faith. May God grant you peace in Greg's departure, and courage to proclaim to others the faith he had in Christ!

  • Man...very sorry to hear about that. I looked up to Greg, Randy Jennings and Randy Galloway through Grand Prairie High and on through my career. From the Old School Caddie, a heartfelt sympathy to Greg's family and friends. A great writer that I'm thankful to have known and learned from...even if he didn't know it. -Kevin Casas

  • Greg was a good man. Thanks for sharing this with everyone.

  • Awesome work on the tribute. He will be missed.

  • A very fitting tribute! I knew Greg from our mutual love of trains and railroading. I last spoke to him at 24 Hours at Saginaw in May 2011. I am very sad to hear the news of his passing. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed, and this tribute is a great way to remember him.

  • Well done! He is proud and smiling down for you have done him justice. It was good to have known Greg (wiping eyes).
