from some reason I can't, both me and my cousin tried (we're from Israel if it matters). We loooooved Tribes 2, thought Tribes 3 sucked, and dying to try Fallen Empire out. Anyway, from my understanding it's still in beta and will be out in CD or DVD form eventually, right? So that's what I mean, can't wait to play the official release, as beta's not working anyway.

I really can't speak for the folks at instantaction, but as I understand it there aren't any plans to release the game through traditional retail channels.

The value proposition of the instantaction platform is to be able to play games in a web browser (through a proprietary plugin). So I don't think there will be a traditional official CD or DVD release.

Not sure what problems you're encountering with the beta, but it's working fine for at least hundreds of players that playing it right now.
