Hatred Propagated Among Chinese in New York City

STORY: On Tuesday, the Quit the CCP Center started their usual activities at ten in the morning by bringing out their banners and posters outside of the main library in Flushing. About 10 minutes later, Chinese people started to gather and under the lead of a few of them started to curse at the participants. The same few people have then started to destroy part of the participants' posters and physically attacked one of them injuring him at the ear.

Police had to intervene, separate the two groups with barriers, and caught one of the people responsible for the physical aggression. From then on, on one side stood the participant of the Quit the CCP Center Event and on the other Chinese crowd shouting slogans.

Thanks to police efforts the situation was kept under control. In the process, they had to further intervene (intervention) because of violent behaviour from some people in the Chinese crowd, confiscating water bottles used as object to be thrown and arresting one more person.

Behind the scene a Falun Gong practitioner with her baby who said was willing to get in the library get also pushed around after some intensive discussions with Chinese people. These acts shocked a passerby.
