Since true love is manifested in Christianity as suffering, eg the Cross, how could you say Mary gave birth to Christ without the pain of childbirth? If Jesus was like us in all things but sin, how could Mary not be like us in all things but sin?

@zteamaz Your curiosity is goo. The Trinity is mentioned in teh Bible but not together, I don't have it in front of me now. But there is 3 persons mentioned in 1 God. Also, slavery is not directly forbidden but Slave owners are told to be kind to their slaves.Maybe the Holy Ghost will enlighten you if youask. But know that we are not promised heaven on earth, Heaven is for the next world.

I have checked with Fr. Vincent Serpa, the chaplain at Catholic Answers web site, and he told me the Church allows us to believe either the light passing through glass version or through the birth canal version. Either way, there was no pain involved as our Blessed Mother was not stained by original sin.

This is part of the teaching of the Church passed down through the apostles, I have told by my parish priest. I think it is called Sacred Tradition.

I love this movie clip of Elizabeth & Mary for this mystery. Thank you. Amen

@mysaviormygod. Good question. Where do we get the idea of the Trinity in the bible? It is not found in there and took almost 300 years after the death of Christ to understand, some reject it (Jehovah's Whitness')I'd also ask where in the bible does it say "all truth" is revealed in the bible? You can also ask where does it say slavory is immoral? It really sounds like its ok, what about abortion? Remember Jesus as a man only taught, did not write. Your faith is missing what he spoke to us
The Blessed Virgin Mary was a Virgin before, during, and after the birth of Our Lord. She did not have original sin, so did not suffer the pains of childbirth. Our Lord passed out of her womb as light passes through glass and does not break it. St. Joseph did not "deliver" Jesus. It was a miraculous and non-ordinary birth, as was His conception.
