watching a console game is so wierd to me (PC player) u can get away with soo much more then we can, people have much better aim(not basing this on this video alone) and tend to see a lot more, I just fell in love with the l96, but atm i run it with bare sights, it's pisses people off soo much, but its good medium and even up to around 150m, barely any bullet drop so I enjoy it and it's added some interest back into BF3.

@MrGeforcerFX Indeed, the precision of a mouse and keyboard means you have to be a much better shot. I play TF2 from time to time and I often get my ass handed to me, curse auto aim! :P

could anyone help me out, i used to do competitive sniping in cod, and eventually i grew out of cod and bought bf2 about 2 months ago. I took the time to learn to snipe in it and now i can honestly say bf is farrr superior to cod. I was thinking about buying bf3 and I was wondering if bf3 has a higher maximum sensitivity on xbox 360 then bfbc2... When i played cod i sniped on 10 sensitivity and bfbc2 felt like i was turning too slow...

@YouScratchedMyAnchor BF is far less twitchy than CoD, so a higher sensitivity might not always help - I have mine a few more above default, and I have found that it gives a nice balance of speed and spatial awareness, while keeping it relativity simple to aim. At the end of the day you will need to find something which will work for you, so have a play around and see what works best!

The l96 fires at 540 mps on this game

Whilst the m98b fires at around 950mps the m98b is the best sniper in the game

The L96 is a good rifle. it shoots a 7.62x51mm round. Personally, i prefer the SV98. The sv98 shoots the 7.62x54mm round, that means that the L96 has a higher kinetic energy (because of smaller mass) but overall, the sv98 packs a bigger punch...
