I don't really like that you take the delay into account. Is that really best practice when calculating on Shift Registers? I've always been told to disregard the delay when the clock is going up to the 1-state (or down to 0 for a negative flank).

Wait I thought the LSB goes first? why is it flipped. Why did you go from 1011 to 1101
