So I guess the orange level warnings at airports are also useless, BUT steps are TAKEN TO PREVENT an occurrence. They NEVER tried to PREVENT the 911 tragedy. You do not know when or if you will get into a car accident, but you drive safer to prevent one. You do not know when you are gonna die but we eat healthy. you do not know if a woman has a sexual disease but you wear a condom. By saying that you do not know when or where is a COP OUT.
