How to Tie A Surgeon Knot also known as Ligature knot, Rusa Scouts advance standard requirement

Function : The surgeon's knot is a simple modification to the reef knot. It adds an extra twist when tying the first throw, forming a double overhand knot, thus adding friction which makes the knot more secure. This knot is commonly used by surgeons in situations where it is important to maintain tension on a suture, giving it its name. Surgeon's knots are used in fly fishing, in tying quilts, and for tying knots with twine.

Instructions:
First, holding both ends of the string in each hand , using the string in your left hand, go over and under the string on the right twice ( please pardon my error in the video for making too many coils , i didn't know then that i was only suppose to do 2 )
Lastly, using the string on the right, go over and under the left 1 and pull tight
