Kevin Wikse of www.heroicevolution.com going further into full body strength and endurance work with abbreviated complexes/routines with heavy weight and high reps. its strongman style club swinging we do at Strongman Sundays. This complex with the 80lb Clubbell has push/pull/left and press all worked in and can be done into high numbers of reps and for prolonged durations of time. We will work into the 50-75 reps range with these complexes. Flag press is a tough lock out and really develops strong hands and very thick and durable forearms, powerful elbows and upper chest and back, coupled with the full body explosion of the pendulum clean, that is strength/endurance training.
