Soube-se que entre os extras e materiais bônus estavam a espada Soul Reaver dos jogos Legacy of Kain e mais alguns outros itens. No vídeo é possível ver um comparativo entre cenas dos jogos Tomb Raider Legend x um jogo da série Legacy of Kain. É possivel ver os sinos na tumba do Rei Artur x os sinos da catedral silenciosa em SR1 / A semelhança com o símbolo de Kain numa tatuagem no pescoço da Lara ( disponível somente em uma das roupas góticas liberadas através de cheat ) / A semelhança entre os corredores da mansão Croft com os corredores de Sarafan Stronghold / A semelhança entre luz e cenário de Legend x Soul Reaver 2 ( natureza ) / A semelhança entre o mecanismo de mergulho dos personagens, a engenharia deles nadando além da luz dos cenários / A semelhança absurda entre a forja da Escalibur x a forja da Soul Reaver no túmulo do Rei William / O retrato de Kain na parede da mansão Croft, é o mesmo retrato de Kain no túmulo de sua família em Legacy of Kain: Defiance.

Similarities between Tomb Raider Legend and Legacy of Kain

Demonstrative video of the similarities between the games Tomb Raider Legend and Legacy of Kain series. After Legend release, informations about the cheat codes of this game were all over the internet. It was known that between the various extras and bonus stuff was the Soul Reaver sword of the Legacy of Kain series and other few things. In the video it´s possible to see some comparative between scenes of these games. It´s possible to see the bells in the King Arthur´s tomb x the bells of the Silenced Cathedral in Soul Reaver 1 / The similarity between Kain´s symbol in a tattoo on Lara´s neck ( available in the Goth outfit unlocked by cheat codes ). / The similarity between the corridors of the Croft Manor and the Sarafan Stronghold / The similarity with the light, stage os Legend x Soul Reaver 2 ( nature ) / The similarity between the swimming engine of the characters / The absurd similarity between the Scalibur and Soul Reaver forges. / Kain´s portrait in the Croft Manor wall is the same portrait in the Kain´s familu Crest in Legacy of Kain: Defiance.

No way, Soul Reaver is probably the best game ever (at least for the PS/PS2), it has a perfectly crafted plot and unmatched dialogues; I mean, come on, the whole anti-hero theme and the paradox created by time traveling is amazing (I also like the Tomb Raider series though). And by the way, the painting found in the Croft Manor, which apparently should be one of Lara's relatives from the middle ages, is the same as the one on the family tomb of one of Soul Reaver's main characters, Kain's.
