@5567729 That is exactly what i meant when i said "making contracts with OEM's to include their touch pack only in their systems". At the time i posted this here, the microsoft touchpack could not be downloaded ANYWHERE as a standalone package. it would either come pre-installed or bundled in oem system restore disks, so you couldn't download or buy it legally at the time, i dont now about now. (of course piratebay had since day one :P lol)

Where do I get this for my tablet PC? I've tried everwhere, and I just can't find it. More odd is the fact that I haven't seen anyone write anything about it since Nov. 2009.

you can only find this as a illegal torrent or pre-intalles in some touchscreen computers. the asswipes at Microsoft decided to not make this legally available for download no matter what version of windows you have. they are probably making contracts with OEM's to inlcude their touch pack only in their systems, like Mac did with at&t
