This is Hong Kong where ppl drive on the right hand side of the road, legacy of the British. These are just some Jappo tourists who are riding in the Peninsula hotel's fleet of green coloured RR Phantom's around town. Looks like West Kowloon district with some of the most expensive apartments in the world. The one in the arch like building.
