Some kids can eat 2 arby's sandwiches a shake and not be fat. Its not the parents fault. My brothers and sisters could eat all the time and never gain weight.

I used to be extremely obese, and I lost 20 pounds by giving up all processed foods, especially desserts.
I haven't eaten cookies, cakes, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, hot dogs, pizza, canned beans, chips, soda, or pretzels in almost two years.
Processed foods are full of sugar and salt, and that adds dead weight.

@SlumberCloud I don't believe that. Israel may very well have people with eating disorders, but I don't know where you got the statistics that say "Highest."

@MondoBeno Eating and food are very important to the Jewish culture. Yet, did you know Isreal has the highest rates of eating disorders? For this very reason.

As i watched part of the Royal Wedding and all the normal sized children that participated,where are all the fatties and the crippled kids,the unappealing Children? Surely with their history of inbreeding,there must be some hidden away some where!

I went to a Russian Jewish wedding where I saw the opposite of anorexia; the women were obese, but they wore the skimpiest dresses I'd ever seen. It was like they looked at themselves in the mirror and saw someone thinner!
The men were heavy too. It seems like the clan chief is chosen by the width of his trousers.

Just show them a photo of yourself as a kid if they try saying "You don't know what it's like being fat!"
