I collected Birth scenes for 15 years. The themes were always abandoned women, angry women, useless men. Countless unrealistic scenes of screaming and shouting. Women giving birth are usually strong and powerful I don't understand why they are always imagined/ depicted otherwise?

The riverside birth was 'All the Rivers Run' (79-83) The birth in water was 'Jessica' (2003). The wheat silo accident and hut birth was 'McLeods Daughters'(2002) : Aust TV always a birth!
