You forgot about how in the first few scenes Joker/Bozo has brown hair, but when he takes his mask off it's green. Besides that great video

The clamp is called a pulse ox, and Harvey shouldn't even be able to move his left eye since he is clearly missing the muscle attachments that allow eyes to move at all.
