Donnie Wiltshire, special ministries consultant with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, started learning sign language as a teenager. Working with the Deaf has been a lifelong passion of his. As part of his ministry, Wiltshire also works with literacy missions, the blind and visually impaired, and people with developmental disabilities.
