Al Jazeera used to be like RT and interviewed people like leaders in the Taliban and aired parts of recruitment videos in news reports. They came under fire from the western media who eventually bought them out. Now they are a bunch a presstitutes.

RT has it's own biases - particularly in terms of Russia's internal affairs - but they do lend a different perspective, an alternative to the western media garbage. Assange may have a bit of a ego, but Wikileaks did an important public service, opposed by many governments. It is important that he keeps himself in the public eye, because once extradited to Sweden, and then to the US, noone will hear his voice again.
