Also, it's a stretch for Jim to take credit for the new Economic Development position. First of all, it was Leyland who recommended it in the report, written before Jim was even in office. In addition, Jim said he wanted the Main St. Manager to be a "Part Time" economic development manager. Mayor Norris was actually the one to suggest a "Full Time Position."

How ironic. Jim talks about how wonderful our Main St. Manager is, then lobbies a year later to prevent Main St. from getting access to the funds the property owners of Main Street raised to keep MSOC operating. What a hypocrite.
