Spam Quesadilla Recipe - cooking for camping

This is one of my camping favorites because spam is easy to take camping. You don't need to worry about it spoiling until you open it and packs away without taking any room in your cooler.

Dice up the spam and start frying it up. A camp stove and a pan is all you need. Well a spatula helps too.

Ingredients

Tortillas
Cheese
oil (you can use the grease from cooking the spam)

you know for camping I make egg rolls sweet & sourer beef and fried rice. or you can try trout with lemon pepper cooked in bacon greese sorry been drinking a bit tonight.
