Yes, same Veeraphol, fought with the best Muay Thai fighters within weight and won most of them. There's a whole DVD of him.

Actually, I was wrong about Silapathai losing to Kaensak. Kaensak had told me personally that he lost that fight and it is on the latest Songchai VCD. Legend of Muay Thai No. 1

Silapathai won titles in 2 different weight classes, both Rajadamnern. He beat so many champs and just about nearly every Muay Thai star within weight at that time, even Boonlai. He could not get past Sanmorakot and Kaensak Sor Ploenchit though.
