  • how dos what you do in this video differ from un adapted yoga and what dos the particular exercise do for you

  • @EyeAmTom The regular pose would involve one's legs pointing straight towards the sky.

  • wow thats cool u do yoga - actually u kind of inspire me to do it again...i took a class last semester, the teacher sucked but i still have the yoga mat so i should do it at home now like u do.

  • This is very impressive and shows off your scar on the left side beautifully. I guess the pointing up to the stars is just not possible!

  • Now friend...if we could see that pose turned 90 degrees....with your legs and bottom facing the camera.....that would be even more instructional!
