  • I don't recall ever hearing about an arab boy walking into a school and gunning down his class mates in cold blood. I'd be carefull who you declare dysfunctional. Nor have arabs ever dropped a nuclear weapon on anyone and killed 70,000 people instantaneously, nor has any arab country rounded up 6 million innocent people and gassed them to death. I think you need to get off your high horse and take a long look in the mirror.

  • If you completley ignore that Britain and France carved up the middle east according to their own designs and ruthlesly surpressed pan-Arab nationalism. Not that the middle east would be perfect but a fair number of it's problems and conflicts are exacerbated and created by western intervention. Palestine is the perfect example.

  • @Capuchin you didn't prove anything with your argument. If you wanted to prove that they are not dysfunctional you should have given reasons why they are not, not a list of things that are not related to the original claim. That's like answering a question with another question...logical fallacy.

  • UNSC 242 Modalities:

PREREQUISITE (i) israelis vacate their presence in "Greenline Palestine"

FOLLOWED BY (ii) Termination of all claims states of belligerency, and respect for and acknowldgement of the sovereignty , ...every state in the area ..."

UNSC 242 Israeli non-complaince qualifies as PON VI (a) Crime Against Peace & Israeli settlements as (b) War Crimes for (c) Crimes Against Humanity- POLITICAL PERSECUTION to dispossess Palestinians from their UNGA 181 National Rights

  • UNSC 242 Chartered Course is NON-NEGOTIABLE: UNGA 181 is a UN Charter Chapter XII, Article 80 Terms Resolution of which the terms are NON-MODIFIABLE with UNSC 1397.

    Article 39:

UNSC 72 - "Threat to the peace", Armistice Agreement

UNSC 242- "Breach of the [Armistice] Peace

UNSC 1397: Israeli UNSC 242 non-complaince is "Act of Agression"

If UNSC 1397 is not an Art 39, then it cannot be anything other than an Article 82 "Strategic Territory" Resolution.

  • In other words: Palestinians will quitlclaim on UNGA 181 State of Israel territory as demaracted in UNGA 181 Part II State of Israel for Israel-Palestin Peace Agreement.

Notion that Palestinians must cede parts of their territory demarcated in UNGA 181 Part II Boundaries State of Palestine occupied in 1949 aka "Whiteline Palestine" AND additional 1967 areas aka "Greenline Palestine" for Israeli peace is 100% NON-NEGOTIABLE: Contravenes UN Chartered course.

  • 07:17 IS DDFM to UK " 'Land for Peace" as with Egypt "[ would be the context of "blackline" Borders, e.g, Defined Borders vis-a-vis LON Trusteeship State of Palestine of which was partiioned with UNGA 181:

UNGA 181 Part II Boundaries: Israel acceeded to, with UNGA 273 Accession to UN Charter & of which UNGA 273 specifically refers UNGA 181as Israel's foundation for its sovereignty & UNGA 194; Mutual "Land for Peace" agreed context = UNGA 181 Part II Boundaries

  • Reiterate, I knew Assad the Father; both Assad Fateher & son- same position:

1 Simple: Israel compliance with UNSC 242 vacate Syrian Golan Heights & a Peace Agreement is a done deal

2 It does NOT have any bearing to abrogate UN Chartered UNGA 181 State of Palestine Part II Boundaries

3 UN Charter Article 103: obligations to UN Charter supercede bi-lateral agreements

3.1 Continued Crimes Against Humanit y in Palestine may result in Jordan & Egypt UNC Art 103/ 51 defense of PLO

  • 3 Israels choices are clear:

3.1 Voluntarily conplaince with UNSC 242 vis-a-vis UNGA 181 State of Palestine

3.2 Or Community of Nations Armed Force Compliance to secure UNSC 242 vis-a-vis UNGA 181 State of Palestine

4 The only "land for peace" on the table is Palestinian offers UNGA 181 State of Palestine North Gaza Province as a goodwill measure:

4.1 Conditional upon War Crimes Tribunals for Peres, Netanyahu, Gillerman, Gisson, Daniel Levi, Mofazz, Ehud Barack & IDF Major 'vitch.

  • The agreement is: UNGA 273 acccession to UN Charter which includes UNGA 181 vis-a-vis State of Palestine Part II Boundaries.

1 The other Arabs states leadership do NOT speak for Palesitine

    2 Hamas as part of the Unity Government Israel refused to negotiate with;

2.1 And thereafter you propogate that Hamas does not negoitated with Israel unilaterally:

2.2 Lunacy on Israel part? NO, its premediated to continue the farce of negotiations under a new USA Admn while plunder continues

  • Tell to go see Foreign Policy on UNGA 181 on this playlist or my vid "Cry of Humanity"

Then we can this further on this vid comment section.

In good faith, I'll will add her name of one person in Israel that purposes reaffirmation of International Law: UNSC 242/UNGA 181 UN Chatered course.

I'm am not an Isreali nor are is the rest of the planet: Election of persons who purpose peace is the responsivility of Israelis.

  • Talya Lador-Fresher, Deputy Israeli ambassador to the UK. Deputy Ambassador, that doesn't sound like an impressive title. I think the wants to achieve peace. Just as a fanciful notion, if she were elected Prime Minister of Israel, I think there would be peace. To explain in detail why I believe this would take too long. I just do. She has a balanced character, and she is informed. Could such a thing be possible? Could such a person be elected to high office. Discuss.
