These are great. I tasted them at the SF Foodbuzz Festival and met the chef, Chad, himself. They look like fun to make. I will definitely be making some of these.
I think I had to watch this 5 times to figure out what he meant by "corner".... I mean, it's a sphere xD

i think its sooo great that these are sold in america now, but...
they are only eaten as dessert here... for breakfast they are too sweet for the averge dane
they are only eaten around christmas. why? no idea.
