@Magyarvadasz Thanks for watching! I don't usually care about making vegan foods look like meat, but since I was using beets anyway it just came out like that. Hope that helps clear things up for you!

@Msshay321 you can usually substitute other things - try brown rice instead of millet, and use whatever seasonings you have. Experimentation is the best way to learn how things work :)

I watch youtube, but not television. I don't own one nor want one. Thanks so much for answering my question about what kind of greens. What a true value your presentations provide! Again, YouTube provides a wealth of knowledge and enjoyment nonstop. Such a marvelous gift for all to enjoy and benefit from everyday in every way.

thank you!
you explain well and make it seens so easy ^_^
At the end you placed the vegan burgers on "a bed of greens." What kind of greens? do you suggest? Also Can you give the recipe for "orange balsamic vinegarette" dressing??? Thanks very much for this wonderful suggestion for eating a healthy meal. Beets and millets so healthy! I want to see all your suggestions. Very helpful for eating good food.

@talentlover2 any kind of greens you like - spinach, lettuce, kale, etc... try searching my channel/site for 'christmas salad' - I did an orange balsamic dressing with that one. hope you have fun with it!

Were the beets precooked when you grated them or did you grate raw beets?

@hughharman I started with them raw, but it's also good if you want to boil/steam them first :)
