I am not sure why I cried when I saw this video. The Beatles created a universe of different sounds, and it seems fitting that NASA shares this with the universe itself.

He said it was 'Across the Universe' from the Beatles final album 'Let it Be'. And this version is infact from the 'Mono Masters' (Mono) or the 'Past Masters' (stereo) albums.
Let it be version is sung slower.
Not that it matters, just saying.

I think it's good to know that somewhere, out there, extra terrestial beings with the right technology are currently watching The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show, as the signals we sent out over 45 years ago are still hurtuling through space, no matter how fragmented.
