@bluetigressemoon No...but there are some stff tht you must be a cosmetologist to buy....but most regular supplies are for anyone!!!! They have some good stuff.

I use a nail hardener as a base. I help my fingernail polish from chipping. With a topcoat it will last at least 4-5 days.
