Banking is founded upon Usury, which is the counterfeiting of money. One takes out a loan, but cannot pay it back completely UNLESS, he gets additional money from one who has taken out another loan.

Usury results in the banks laying "Claim" to an ever increasing amount of real property, because of the ever increasing interest, for with Usury, there is ALWAYS more money on the books than there is in circulation.

The "Bailout" is Monetising the accumulated Usury (98%) now on the books.

Fear mongering .. Congress does not have any power other than to call the convention. Non to appoint delegates, non for paying delegates. They can say when and where. that's it. The delegates will be from the legislators of all 50 states. simply put .. it is two thirds to call a 'con-con', all 50 get together and have a convention, three fourths to ratify.

Lets say for the CON-CON decide to propose an Amendment to make Barack Fuehrer for life or some other "crazy" idea that has no public support does anyone truly .believe Dem and Rep legislators will unite and pass such an amend in 38 states. If you people have elected such evil morons to office than you need to look in the mirror and stop wondering why we have so many problems. Also,if you think were too stupid to self govern than turn off lights clearly the experiment called the USA is failed

They can't take away from the constitution only make it stronger!!!!! If there is an amendment already there they can't make an amendment that takes away rights that's already protected. They can only make the rights of the people stronger (protect more liberties)

Someone please advise Dan Greenberg and his award winning proposal that calls for a con con that would be limited to the single issue of one amendment aimed at revising Art. V to allow legislatures to petition single issue con cons. I wonder if he's solved the chicken and the egg riddle for us too.

This is nothing by scare mongering. Only 13 states can block any amendment from becoming part of the Constitution. If people are frightened of losing their 2nd Amendment rights, than I have some new for you. It will take only one additional liberal justice on the Supreme Court to radically alter the interpretation of that amendment from an individual right to a state right, opening the door for states and localities to ban gun ownership in their states or localities.

The 18 powers of the federal government are more limiting than the powers of the states and the people. That does not stop the federal government from ignoring the Constitution.

The article 5 Convention only proposes amendments. It doesn't enact amendments. You would still need 39 states to ratify any amendment!!! this federal government is out of control now and our rights have been stepped on and disregarded fo years. The founders put article 5 in as a way for the people to rein in such a tyrannical gov't like we have now!

I did watch the video. I also know what's in the Constitution & how it could be amended. That's why I said we need to vote for true constitutionalists in every election from town mayor to president & everything in between. Did you not read my post?
