mmmm I used to eat this at the old Magnolia Cafe in Center City Philadelphia. It's a shame they went out of business.

I'm eating it right now, I absolutely love this dish. Instead of just diced/crushed tomatoes, with one regular diced tomato can, i also used one of the cans of diced tomatoes with grilled/roasted red peppers. You can get one of these cans at any grocery store. it makes the dish a bit sweeter and more of a full flavor. give it a shot.
