in 2005 a wonderful feature film - which was close to a documentary as with original tv and film footages - , was to land us into the world of the beginings of TV etc... the film was realeased worldwide in cinemas: GOOD NIGHT . AND GOOD LUCK.... the cast was very carefully chosen and we noticed a really fabulous interactivity between talents and the subject in the film added to the creative spirit that made it Art, that made it a master piece, a great film . Among the stars were: David Strathairn, Robert Downey Jr., Patricia Clarkson, Ray Wise, Frank Langella, Jeff Daniels, and the most acclaimed : George Clooney
It was a Warner Independent Pictures, 2005) Rated: PG
Release date: 7 October 2005 (limited).
That was a real 1st come back on screen -or nearly- for Robert Downey Jr ... as since that launching runway thanks to George Clooney great idea and beloved film , R. Downey Jr doesn't stop performing with great talent and give us unmatchable films... his impact into a picture seems as of a magic wand! or from the world of fairies! so is Gwyneth Paltrow too as a gift for us ! Seems G. Clooney and R. Downey Jr are like to enlight our culture with great performances ( and also not so great one too/ as do all the most talented people , they seem to have their up an downs... like planes they are never at the same altitude, sometimes they take off and sometime they just "walk" towards a garage, on a runway to get somewhere around or to get in line, to queue for next take off, and sometime they arrive from the highest heights of the sky and just land!... Usually what we see is that before taking off a plane needs to gain speed and then power, as with speed and experience comes power to be able to take off, so the more runway run, the more speed it acquires and find the power in order to get rid of gravity and get a wonderful launching into the sky, to get closer to the stars!
Some actors/tress never had the privilege to know altitude nor what is the sky of the stars so they can't even go down and land, they never went up nor had a take off! Only "stars" shine and "I do" know the stars-sky highlights!...
So Thanks to unique and very creative people such as G. Clooney, Robert Downey Jr , and the out-of-time and so fresh and so cheerful GWYNETH PALTROW , our culture is enriched... one more time. (iron man enriched!).
R. DOWNEY JR AND G. PALTROW are definitely talented and we certainely miss them each time they are not to be the next film's stars, i.e. starring in a Film! -
I wonder what it would be to have R. Downey jr or G Paltrow in a next Ocean's film!? for sure a great fun... comedy!
