This is a short presentation of our Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle (ROV) project. The purpose is to design and build a ROV and to use it to explore a German submarine U-18 scuttled in World War II near Constanta. Project is being developed by students in Liceul International de Informatica Constanta, Razvan Ciobanu and M. Kartal Horasanli with the little help of their physics teacher Sinan Kosak.
