Nope,he's not, he should be on a lower step. I did not know the celebrating bishop is not the Ordinary, but I think I am correct in saying that if the bishop carries his crozier in procession there should be a 7th candle.
I agree though that it is well celebrated, but the serving needs a little more practice to get the little things right!

Also, the thruifer is in the correct position considering the Sanctuary. If the church had three steps leading up to the platform of the altar that would be one thing, but they clearly do not. The thurifer is on the side in the older usage. This Mass is well celebrated and well served.

Please consult your Fortescue under Pontifical Mass at the FALDSTOOL. This Mass is celebrated correctly since the celebrant is not the Ordinary and therefore would not use the Throne. The FALDSTOOL is placed correctly. Only the Ordinary gets a 7th candle. The placement of the stool is correct and the lay of the land in the Sanctuary is accidental.

One must not look at only the faults of others. Try to offer help so that correction can be made. After all, we are all out of practice. Rejoice that it now being allowed once again.

I notice also that the thurifer is in the wrong place at the elevation!!

The chair used by the Bishop is of course all wrong, it should be facing side on and be a "throne", not a stool!!! Neither should be servers be higher than the Bishop and priests in the Sanctuary. And where is the seventh candle to represent the Bishop???? It should be in front of the Cross. All very sloppy!
