I almost enjoy getting inured and still trying to do things that you love. I hurt my left wrist once and I pole dance, (as well as hoop!) and I was using my armpit to hold instead and I learned a move i probably wouldn't have otherwise:) Keep it up, it makes me wanna learn to chair hoop!

You are so fantastic!!! you hoop better sitting down like I have never seen!!!! you are right maybe this happened so you could show the world that hooping standing is just one aspect of it....you have just opened the door for the handicap!!!! BRAVO!!!

Wow! This is amazing! I have a friend who works at a summer camp for people with disabilities, and she has asked that I come out to hoop with them for a week. This video has given me a lot of great ideas :)

@jad0909 ----I would have LOVED to have stood up. I want aloud to put any weight on my leg at all for seven weeks. I wasn't aloud to flex my quads either. This wasn't a good old bone brake. I ripped my knee cap off. Huge difference. But stand and hoop is going well now. :)

@fyers89 I think you might be right :) After I posted my first owie video I noticed through the weeks a few seated hooping videos came out :D Its a challenge to take the spin away from your body~ To keep the body facing one way while "dancing" heheh. Im thinking it might be a great idea for people who cant walk to see this~ Maybe hooping is something they havent thought about, and if they see this, maybe its something they now know they could try and do!!!!
