Lag Spot Multiplayer Madness, Grand Theft Auto 4 Secret Location

This is a multiplayer glitch which has multiple uses, it is a secret location of the map which lags unbearably regardless of connection quality. I know this works on xbox 360 and ps3, probably works with pc too but yet to test it. location was found by me (Tonksi) a long time ago but only just decided to put it on video. Have fun screwing with people on gta with this
