theres several places around me that sell used containers from 100 usd to 900 usd - conditions and sizes vary, some even have roll-up doors on the end. been thinking of making a house from them - this just inspired me to doit...maybe

Thanks for the information! I'm looking into building a container house, but without losing its mobility, so I can ship it places. New job? No prob, just take the house with me. I want to use two 8x20 containers, one a "service module" with kitchen/bathroom/electrical/he­ating/sleeping area, and the other one a "living room module," for more space.
