Hello Peter. I just have to say I am so inspired by you. I am going on 57 (a youngster I guess) I have retired from my job (but of course not my life) and begining the second life as a (junior) senior citizen :-) Thank you. Really just wanted to say heLLo!

(continuing notes) It's common for them (us) to feel the world is on their shoulders, that no one else knows this kind of struggle. A key help is the presence of a nurturing adult, even if that person does not know of the history, even if they aren't in the regular family life (i.e. geriatric1927). (I'm not saying all these people are children of alcoholics, though.)
