  • Do you know the differences between this and the 2007 model? are the relatively thate same?

  • @rcmaniac31 From what i can remember they are pretty similar board.

  • Hey,

I m looking to buy that board for the next season, and I have a question. I do rails, boxes, medium size jumps…. and I also like to do some riding in the woods. Will it bee too soft ?

Sorry form my bad english :D

  • @sandismole No worries, your English is just fine. It will work great for rails, boxes and medium size jumps, most park riders prefer a softer board, and you should have no problems riding in the woods.

  • @thehouseboardshop

    tnx

Well, I have one more question about the edges. I have read that they get damaged pretty quickly. Ofcourse I don't need them to be sharp, but I don't like them to get too damaged if I hit on rocks, so I would like to know how much is bronze softer than steel ?

  • @sandismole Lets just say they are a fair bit softer, how much, I don't really know, I have busted plenty of traditional edges on rocks and rails, its just part of the game. As you probably know bronze edges offer a less catchy performance on rails, boxes, and jibs. But, If you are looking for stronger edges check out NITRO snowboards, their edges are around 200% more impact resistance than standard edges...they are called RAILKILLER EDGES

  • @MonsterMan702 Well, for rails and boxes a rocker board is better, but for jumps and any where else on the mountain you're going to want camber. You've just asked the hardest question in snowboarding, Rocker or Camber? Everybody has their own personal opinion on it, and mine is... go with camber. It's way better. But if you want to find out for yourself which you like better go to a couple demos and try out both kinds of boards. You'll be able to tell real quick which one is for you.

  • K, should i get a 147 if i maybe want to ride it 2 seasons, i am still growing btw

  • @tracer052495 You can cut down on a lot of weight by getting lighter bindings. As far as your boards go I would not recommend going much smaller but you can if you want, a lot of people do. I am 6 foot and 200 lb and my park board is a 161 Rossignol one mag. it has a rocker camber design, which is great for high speeds and bigger jumps, and its rockered tip and tail are great for presses. You also may want to check out some of the lib tech boards with C2 power banana.

  • Hey, I ride a Burton Hero 158 Wide and Its pretty heavy for spins. I was looking to downsize a bit. I am 6'1" 200lbs. I want a board that is reverse camber and will sleigh jumps but still give me the presses i need for boxes and rails. Would the GNU Park Pickle 156 Wide do the job??

  • @MonsterMan702 Definitely Rocker dude, dont use skier intended technology on a snowboard. once you ride rocker, camber will feel like shit especially if your a skater

  • i had an artifact for two seasons the 'hustlin 152' and it was the dopest board iv ever ridden.. i didnt break that one either it lasted till it got stolen ahaha hot commodity. iv ridden a capita (SNAPPED) and a ride DH this season. the DH survived and is a sick all around board but id say a little stiff i cant wait to get my hands on one of these cheap this summer for next year

  • @iiSNOWBOARDii Here are a few to check out capita Stairmaster wide 152 and horroscope FK or K2 Wold Wide Weapon Rocker Wide 153 or Ride Kink Wide 153... Hope these help!

  • WHATS A GOOD PARK WIDE BOARD I HAVE A SIZE 12 BOOT. Probably around a 150 to a 153 reply asap

  • Are soft flex boards like this and the haze good for rails and jumps? I would think that a stiff board would be a softer landing

  • You thiink a 156 for someone 6'1" 205lbs would work for a jib and smaller jump board?

  • alright I love romes and im sticking with them all I want to know is i want pop in a board but I want a rocker cause I mostly do rails and boxes medium size park jumps no huge mountain jumps. Do you have any idea what I should get?

  • Do you guys have a wide version of this board?

  • how durable is this board

  • I just got this board I cant wait to shred :D

  • whats this board gona be like for buttering? u said catch free but its not a rocker. any good?

  • @thehouseboardshop so she'd be a beaut for the park eh?

  • @ClosedSlot This puppy is $299.95

  • Whats the price on this baby?

  • i am 5 '8'' and 170 lbs. i have a chance to buy this board but the only thing i am wondering about is if it is too small. it is a 150... would that be too small for me? i also am just going to be using it for jumps and boxes etc... thank you for your help
