Use Halo Fly Cam. You can freely fly around the map anywhere without your HUD and weapon.

suppose I had the full version of fraps and record like 1 hour of gameplay that ima edit to make like a 9minute movie or sumthin idk...will fraps be like it is with unregistered where like 12 of the 30secound vids is like 2gigabytes

I'm not quite sure what you're talking about... But, the file saves are exactly the same from the two versions. They are saved in .avi format, which is why they are such big files.
