@lilyflowertulip I've used liquid Splenda on many other things but not this. You could use it, the flavor will be the same, but you won't get that foamy froth that keeps the coating light and crispy. Liquid Splenda can be hard to find so while I use it a lot myself I try to keep with ingredients that any one can find on most American grocery shelves. If you try it, let us know how it comes out.
these look really great, I can't wait to make these. have you tried using liquid splenda? it really cuts down on the carbs because you don't have the filler, but I'm not sure if it would work with this recipe... thanks for these wonderful recipes and professional videos!
