Attacked by Directed-Energy Weapons (DEW)

My name is Mike Matloff; website at

I am being shot in the nose with bursts of directed energy (for more info, please go to my website above). All of this is completely unaltered video. The fuzzy noise near the end *might* be some of the directed energy interfering with the microphone; I didn't cause that noise. Also look closely and you'll notice that my neck muscles often convulse with each shot. On more powerful shots than what is in this video, my neck muscles *remain* convulsed for a few seconds even after the "burst" of energy is gone (i.e., after the head spasm is over). This is not something I am faking or doing to myself.

Note that I cannot vouch for others' videos, however, no matter how similar they may seem on the surface. Some of the perpetrators purposely pretend to be victims and post fake/mocking videos in order to discredit all victims.

IF GOVERNMENT INVENTED SUCH TECHNOLOGY that can lead to electronc harrassment,gang stalking and illegal surveilance THEN IT SHOULD BE REQUIRED BY LAW when a possible victim makes a complaint that the law will conduct the proper sting operation to catch the predators involved in the electronic harrassment. The government would not allow an agent or police to use a gun illegally, so this should apply even more to the new harrassment technology.

Any secret government agent, police or neighbor who violates that person's right by conducted illegal surveilance, gang stalking, electronic harrassement to cause sleep deprivation or other reason BECOME THE PREDATORS and such people in the homes ARE THE VICTIMS.

The problem is, if he were to go to a hospital they are not going to say "Well, it's obviously a directed energy weapon, being deployed by psychotic people!"-- they wont even discuss it at all and instead will talk about psychiatric problems, or some other problem it could be. Some hospitals will actually think he is a mentally ill person who "wants attention", regardless of the fact that laser eye surgery and iris scans are all ready in use.

Top ten - is REAL - as real as can be -DEW - "Direct Energy Weapon" and "Voice to Skull" is real as real it can be - The question is who run the government? If you know this answer - Then you know who control the nation! The can be a twisted surprising answer-but I assume it can be combinations of difference nations (Russian-Europe-Arab or Israel) controlling the world!!! Whatever it is "DEW" is very - DANGER !
