Metropolis is without a doubt my most favorite movie out of them all. I first experience it in 2002 when Kino Videos released a Restored Authorized DVD that included the original score and missing scenes (somewhat).
I recently had the pleasure to experience the movie with Giorgio Moroder's score and that was wonderful as well.
Presented here is a scene from my own special edit of Metropolis that I'm doing for the love of the movie and my own love of the editing process.
More will follow in this project in progress.
This Part of "Metropolis - The Ed Cut" features Hole's cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Gold Dust Woman." It was pretty late when I made this. Wasn't tired though, just really really pissed off.
Comments will not be posted on this clip but on the concluding clip.
